Most of the time our computer technicians can recover and save any lost data including documents and pictures even if your computer wont turn on. Rates secondly vary depending on the state of the machine.

When your computer has adware, malware, virus, worm, or trojan, our local technician can remove them all without the need of losing any of your data (most of the time).

We do not guarantee 100% file recovery or virus removal, permanent file damage can occur from customer overwriting data with formats and serious corruption. $60/hr fee will be applied if files, or hardware are too damaged to recover or install information instead of quoted rate.
